The Procurator of the Catholic Diocese of Maralal is entrusted with the stewardship of the Church’s temporal goods in fidelity to Canon Law (Canons 1273–1289).

Oversees the ICT Department as a system administrator by ensuring secure data management, network reliability, and digital transformation.
Approves and supervises ICT systems for diocesan communication, records, and cybersecurity.
Guides ICT policies on digital innovation, system upgrades, and parish-level IT support.
