MORIJO
Morijo Catholic Parish, Christ the Risen Lord, was founded around 1988 by Consolata Missionary Fr. Aldo Vettori after his work in Barsaloi. From the beginning it combined evangelization with community service — catechists, a dispensary, school, nursery, tailoring workshop and water projects. Later priests Fr. Dominic Lesayon and Fr. Lesit continued the work, supported by local Christians. Today under Parish Priest Fr. Ambrose Leparting'at, the parish serves the Catholic Diocese of Maralal, remembered not only as a place of worship but as a pillar for education, health and resilience despite cultural and security challenges, as the Diocese marks its Silver Jubilee.

SUGUTA MARMAR
Our Lady of Consolata Parish, Suguta Marmar began in 1961 as the first outstation of Maralal Parish when Fr. Lawrence Rosano built the first prayer house, later joined by Fr. Peter Ronchi at Lolmolog. Focused on education from the start with schools at Longewan and nursery schools, and supported by catechists, the community built its church dedicated to Our Lady of Consolata in 1979 and became an official parish on 11 April 1982 under Bishop Ravasi with Fr. Peter Tallone as first parish priest. After the visit of Mother Teresa in 1985 and service of Fr. Luigi Andeni (1986-1996) and Fr. John Gasparini as last Consolata priest, the parish was handed to diocesan clergy in June 1999, the first in the diocese, led by Fr. Isaiah and Fr. Peter Nderitu. It has since produced its own priests including Fr. Paul Maina (2001) and Fr. Peter Musau and Fr. Raphael Naukot (2013) when a new church was blessed, and today under Fr. Raphael Naukot continues its mission of faith, education, health and peace under patronage of Our Lady of Consolata.
